Well ok so it’s a little late. But better late than never. Here is June’s “Can You Digg It” track. It is called “That Night” from Atmosphere. The reason I chose this one is because it is about something that happened in Albuquerque, New Mexico and me and the fam just went to Albuquerque this past month for my cousin’s wedding. I graduated high school in New Mexico and hadn’t been back for years, so it was mad interesting to go back and see what life was like in the Land of Entrapment… I mean Enchantment. I don’t know if the story told in the song is a true story, but the way Slug tells it, it seems full of real emotion- emotion that could only be felt and expressed if you really went through something like this. The song is pretty intense- but it’s really insightful too. So peep it and let me know what you think of it in the comments section.
